I hope your day's going well! I am just writing this email showing my appreciation for your creation. This software is "THE BOMB". I've told every chiropractor about it that I come in contact with. Few things that I can contrast on that I love:
1) The convenience of doing quick, accurate & compliant SOAP notes on every patient visit without hindering patient care or clinic time.
2) Not having to worry about doing notes when I can get to them.
3) The billing so far is doing well! I love how my CA just printed out the Daily Control Sheet with one click of the mouse instead of for 4 hours that she would spend doing each and everyday with my old software.
4) The calculation of sales tax automatically on supplies/vitamins.
5) The customization of buttons for each of us for convenient practice flow.
6) The Alert system is fantastic and is making me do my job with compliance and accuracy while enhancing my profits.
7) The Quixote SOAP+ report writing and SOAP format is great and I understand your developers are adding a fabulous Auto and Exam features as well.
8) The convenience for my CA to no more enter charges. WOW that was huge and saved us more time.
9) I love how by the time each patient leaves, all aspect of that visit from notes, appointments and billing is completed with accuracy and compliance.

No matter what your chiropractic philosophy or purpose, congruency is absolutely critical to your success. For years, I avoided investing in a "paperless" office management tool for the office. It was a time bomb ready for to go off at any moment. After months of research, and first purchasing a less capable system for my needs, I was introduced to Quixote. I immediately ordered the system. I can even sit down and review radiographs, spinal scans, and document notes from the comfort of my home, as I can access our system from the Internet.
Right now, I'm saving at least eight hours of work per week -- work that I used to have to do on weekends. With my schedule, free time is a premium in my life. During the adjusting shift, the client is now displayed on a touch screen in front of me and I can pull up any data including radiographs, spinal scans or adjustment protocols in seconds.
Our system is even customized for the exams that we do, so there is no wasted time searching through screens to perform evaluation. Quixote leads us right through it in a flow chart. My staff is excited about the software and can go home 10-15 minutes after the last adjustment, instead of the hour and half it used to take them to close out everything. No manual posting, filing or pulling travel cards for the next day. We have gone from four full- and two part-time staff members to two full-time employees. This means I can collect research data and participate in this historic research while upholding the chiropractic principle!
