The Work Flow view allows you to see appointments in their logical progression throughout the day. Your goal is to get patients from the left column (Scheduled) to the right column (Checked Out). Patients left in the first (Scheduled column) have missed their appointment and need to be rescheduled.

Need to find that one appointment, but you don’t know where it is? Use the Search view to filter appointments by specific criteria.
Appointments - New Appointment
Easily create a new appointment. Double click on an open time slot, fill out a couple of fields and save.
Appointments - Recurring Appointments
Ability to easily schedule a recurring appointment. Quixote automatically checks for scheduling conflicts, i.e. office hours, provider hours.
Easily edit an appointment in a series. For Example: Last appointment is for a different reason i.e. (Re-Exam) and a different time. No problem. Easily edit the last appointment and change the date and/or time and the reason for the visit. Simple!
Appointments - Start Appointment
The doctor launches the "Start Appointment" form when it's time to treat the patient. See a summary of charges, diagnosis, treatment plan and SOAP notes.
