The application is written from the ground up in 100% .NET technology. It is deployed as a client server solution that runs on a Sql Server 2000 database.

Automatic Updates

The server component constantly checks for updates to keep the entire system up to date. All new features are included in these updates and are automatically applied to your server (Qboxx) and workstations.  These updates are instant.  You do not have to download anything or reboot your computer.  Quixote's powerful .NET technology does everything for you.

Automatic Backups

In addition the server automatically performs complete offsite backups every night.  Your data is backed up to two offsite locations and is encrypted during transmission and in storage. This process automatically starts the first night we install the application at your facility.  Should you ever need your data restored, it is usually done in less than 30 minutes.
