Quixote Software is resident on the provided server housed in your practice.  It is only dependant on the Internet for pushing you the latest version of the program or when automatically backing your data up every evening.  Therefore, should your Internet go down, you will be unable to receive updates and/or have your data backed up.  Your daily office functions as normal.
