Yes, our clients are shipped a server which runs the Quixote application.  In the event of a decision to discontinue using Quixote Software, your data will still be available to you in a read only format.  You can continue to reprint bills, statements and reports.  Only new data cannot be entered.  For a small fee Quixote will continue to back up your data should you choose to do so.
