Thanks for getting back to me so quickly.  Just wanted to let you know that after several months of implementation Quixote has surpassed my expectations!  Love it!  It's actually fun to put new patients in and do notes.  No paper, no pens.  I can go home at night, log in to the office and do reports or whatever and I don't have to carry a briefcase with a bunch of files.  Awesome baby!
 

Quixote has become indispensable to us. I never thought I would say this about a chiro product, but there is nothing not to like about Quixote. When I want to see a photo of my patient's surgery scars, or a copy of the EMG study, I click on it and it pops onto the screen.  I can't tell you how impressive that is to the patients. Quixote has become indispensable to us. We can put the services in quickly, save and record the visit, and the person at the front desk knows what to charge the patient.  Quixote has made note-taking and insurance filing a real snap. It would have been worth it for 3 or 4 times that amount. Get Quixote, you won't regret it.
 

I have opened 3 satellite clinics with Quixote in 18 months.  Quixote is so flexible and scalable, Quixote grows with my practice with ease!
 

I used to spend hours per day on notes and paperwork per night.  Now I am on my way home 12 MINUTES after the very last patient leaves.  Spending the extra time with my two kids is ‘PRICELESS’.  My practice doubled and my collections are up as well.  I tell all my friends about Quixote.
 

Quixote won’t let me make mistakes.  I just need to follow the prompts on the screen.  All my work is properly stored for each patient and I am fully compliant.  It is wonderful.  I sleep well at night knowing everything is correct & DONE.
 

I did not know much about the business side of running a chiropractic clinic.  With Quixote, I simply click on the buttons and all my billing is taken care of.  I finally achieved my goal of simplifying my practice & reducing work-load for everyone in the clinic.  I even have time to finish my book!
 

I’ve had Quixote for few months now.  I look back at pulling charts, transcribing notes before Quixote and wonder how we ran the clinic before.  Everyone in my clinics is done with all the work at the end of the day and going home on average of a minimum 1 hour earlier then before everyday!  Thank you Quixote!
 

Quixote is so simple to use, my associate doctor….72 years old….completes all the notes and enters the treatment at the point of encounter.  I can take my days off without a worry.
 

I was skeptical at first but now I believe.  Quixote truly is comprehensive and well thought out.  It is amazing the level of detail and accuracy I get in notes and billing.
 

I hope your day's going well! I am just writing this email showing my appreciation for your creation. This software is "THE BOMB". I've told every chiropractor about it that I come in contact with.  Here are a few of my favorite things:

1) The convenience of doing quick, accurate & compliant SOAP notes on every patient visit without hindering patient care or clinic time.

2) Not having to worry about doing notes when I can get to them.

3) The billing so far is doing well! I love how my CA just printed out the Daily Control Sheet with one click of the mouse instead of for 4 hours that she would spend doing each and everyday with my old software.

4) The calculation of sales tax automatically on supplies/vitamins.

5) The customization of buttons for each of us for convenient practice flow.

6) The Alert system is fantastic and is making me do my job with compliance and accuracy while enhancing my profits.

7) The Quixote SOAP report writing and SOAP format is great.

8) The convenience for my CA to no more enter charges. WOW that was huge and saved us more time.

9) I love how by the time each patient leaves, all aspect of that visit from notes, appointments and billing is completed with accuracy and compliance.

10) Did I express how I can now Sleep and not worry about doing notes in the future.
